Yoga for Fibromyalgia

Yoga can be very beneficial to sufferers of Fibromyalgia. The relaxing and calming aspects of both body and the mind can help to realease the tension and reduce pain. The stretching helps to relax the muscles while the meditation helps to calm the mind. Some doctors theorize that Fibromylagia has a large psychological component, which Yoga can help to address.
